Sandy Borman is a John Maxwell Certified Leadership Coach, Speaker and Trainer and owns her own coaching company. She has been in the real estate industry for over 16 years and was a top producer and named Realtor of the Year in Grand Junction, Colorado. After just four years in the business she was hired in 2007 to open a national franchise in Western Colorado where she and her husband Kevin were part owners as well. She became an international trainer and coach even going to South Africa to help open additional offices and train their leadership and agents. Sandy was certified to teach Recruit-Select, DISC, and Expansion Systems for Mega teams.
In just six years, Sandy grew her franchise to four offices from Grand Junction to Durango with over 150 agents before selling in 2017 and relocating to Florida.
Along with her leadership roles, Sandy and Kevin ran the Borman Group and grew their team to almost $18 million in volume all while growing their franchise.
Currently is a Regional Vice President for the Residential Real Estate Council, is the Vice President for Business Growth and Development for BHGRE Atchley Properties based in Sarasota, Florida and along with her husband continues to operate the Borman Group in both Florida and Colorado.
