My professional journey includes:

  • two degrees (M.S. from USC and B.S. from U.S. Naval Academy)
  • 5 years in the U.S. Marine Corps (I was like Goose in the movie Top Gun!)
  • 25 years as a professional negotiator for a Fortune Top 50 company
  • Negotiation training at Harvard University, Wharton, Karrass, and Oxford University in England
  • 15 years in real estate training others


I started the Real Estate Negotiation Institute (RENI) to bring professional negotiation and persuasion skills to the real estate industry.  I know how much these skills have helped me in business, as well as my personal life.  I believe strongly in collaboration with others as well as strongly asserting for my client.
