Join us at Realogy Headquarters for four days of learning and collaboration!

During this 4-day interactive workshop, Broker Owners and Managers will:

  • Learn their behavioral style and how to apply it to effectively lead everyone in their office.
  • Learn the roles, responsibilities, when, and how to hire in order to grow.
  • Generate a plan to onboard agents to increase retention and productivity.
  • Create a budget including margins that optimize productivity.
  • Create, manage, and read a P/L statement.
  • Prepare and implement a powerful education system to increase agent productivity.
  • Implement a Talent Attraction system to increase net agent count.
  • Explore and definitively identify BHGRE marketing to increase market exposure and brand identity.

Participants will be asked to bring the following with them to fully participate in workshop activities:

  • Your laptop – we will be doing hands-on exercises
  • Leadership
    • Staff and affiliated agents roster. Ask some of them what motivates them to be in your office and real estate.

Newark Airport is the closest flight destination to Realogy Headquarters.

Ground Transportation

Uber is very reasonable. State Shuttle is a car service to/from Newark airport that is reasonable and can easily get you to the office or hotel. If you acquire a new franchise directly from us, you will register for Orientation within three (3) months of the Opening Date. Your Responsible Broker (or designee), and at least one (1) agreed upon Key Individual must attend Orientation within three (3) months of the Opening Date. We will not charge a registration fee for up to two (2) people to attend Orientation. Your failure to send the Responsible Broker (or designee) and at least one agreed upon Key Individual to attend Orientation in accordance with this Agreement will require you to pay the registration fee and other expenses totaling $499.
If you acquire your franchise as a result of a Transfer of the Franchise from another Franchisee, attendance at the Orientation is required by the Responsible Broker (or designee) and at last one (1) agreed upon Key Individual at your expense. We may charge a registration fee in connection with their attendance at the Orientation totaling $499.
If you change the Responsible Broker for your Office, your new Responsible Broker (or designee), must attend Orientation after he or she becomes your Responsible Broker. Further, if there is a change in the agreed upon Key Individual who attended Orientation, a replacement agreed upon Key Individual must attend Orientation within three (3) months. You will pay all costs for the new attendees’ attendance at Orientation, including registration of $499
