- Implement a Talent Attraction system to increase net agent count.
- Explore and definitively identify BHGRE marketing to increase market exposure and brand identity.
Participants will be asked to bring the following with them to fully participate in workshop activities:
- Your laptop – we will be doing hands-on exercises
- Staff and affiliated agents roster. Ask some of them what motivates them to be in your office and real estate.
