John Sylvester

John holds an MBA with over 15 years’ experience in small business development, organizational transformation and effectiveness. As an operator serving in various roles at ServiceMaster Corporation, John developed a reputation for creating performance driven environments, motivating, and developing teams and leading complex business strategies. As an entrepreneur, he tapped into over 30 years of research and marketplace application that Fortune 100 companies were already putting to use but that was largely out of reach (and touch) with the small business community. His work turned those principles and processes into “playbooks” for small business owners helping them address the pain points of lack of direction, inconsistent results, constantly working in “crisis mode” or shifting priorities. John currently serves as Vice President of Franchise Performance, where his efforts work to support the growth and prosperity of the brands franchise owners globally.
