The Founder’s Circle Summit is back this June 2-5, 2025!

This year’s Founder’s Circle Summit is an invite-only event in Charleston, South Carolina for the Top 20 companies in the Better Homes and Gardens® Real Estate network ranked by units and volume. The Founder’s Circle Summit is an exciting opportunity to celebrate leading BHGRE companies for their outstanding performance to network, share insights, and celebrate their many achievements in an incredible place.

Accommodations

A three-night stay at the Hotel Emeline is included in this year’s Founder’s Circle Summit.  The event dates are arrival on Monday, June 2 and departure  on Thursday, June 5.

Travel

Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate provides $1,200 travel allowance per company towards your air and ground travel expenses. We recommend booking your air travel at the same time as you complete your RSVP. The $1,200 travel fee will be paid for post event.

Trip Details

Entitlements for the Founder's Circle Summit Include:

*Two (2) attendees per company, regardless of ownership structure, to attend this year’s Founder's Circle Summit in Charleston, SC.

Note: For companies with multiple owners, it is important for you to collaborate on how those two spots will be used.

For example: one owner and their guest, or two owners. 

*Accommodations for arrival on Monday, June 2 and departure on Thursday, June 5, 2025.

*$1,200 travel per company. A W9 is required for payment which will be sent post event.

*All receptions and meals included in the event agenda.

*One (1) activity per guest.

*Note that all participants must be 21 years of age or older.

*Founder's Circle participants must agree to the Founder's Circle Terms and Conditions:

Terms and Conditions Founders Circle

All participants will need to complete the following steps to receive your travel per diem:

  • The W-9 should be completed with attendees’ brokerage, legal entity, etc. with complete address and Employer Identification.
  • Email your company’s signed W9 so we may process your $1,200 per company towards travel. This will be paid by check following the conclusion of the event.  Email to events@bhgre.com.
